  2. 方法:采用免疫组化方法,检测15例健康人、32例成人牙周炎(AP)和12例青少年牙周炎(JP)患者牙龈的EGFR表达。

    METHODS : The expression of EGFR was determined by using immunohistochemical techniques in gingival tissue of 15 healthy individual , 32 cases with adult periodontitis ( AP ) and 12 cases with juvenile periodontitis ( JP ) .

  5. 结果表明:IgE含量正常对照组明显低于患者组,特别是与青少年牙周炎组IgE含量相差4倍。

    IgE level in the control group was significantly lower than that in the periodontal disease groups ( P < 0.01 ) . IgE level in the control was only 1 / 4 of that in the juvenile periodontitis . The level of IgM rose only in the gingivitis group .
