    The results show that extracellular oxidase , color of mycelial mat , and microscopic morphological characters of wood-decaying fungi such as m ~ hae type , existance and distribution of clamp connection , special construction formed during mycelia differentiation , are important classification and identification foundations .

  2. 培养约6天,两条初生菌丝通过顶端细胞或其他部位融合,发育成具有顶端分生孢子和锁状联合的次生菌丝体;

    After being cultivated for about 6 days , two primary mycelia fused through terminal cells or other parts and developed into secondary mycelia with clamp connection and conidiospore .

  3. 杂交试验表明,出发菌株IM02、突变株A1与金针菇单核菌丝IS02均形成了锁状联合。碘液染色检查发现绝大多数花粉不育,并与该突变株的低结实率一致。

    The authenticity of the mutant strain was confirmed by the hybridation test . When staining with iodic solution , most of the pollens showed sterility , which was in consistence with the low setting percentage of the mutant plant .

  4. 试验共获得209株再生菌株,通过核染色检测,共获得37株具有双核和锁状联合的再生株。

    209 regeneration strains has been obtained . Thirty seven regeneration strains has dicaryotic and clamp cell by dyeing of cell nucleus .
