方法：35例保留残根的半口牙列缺失患者，采用ERA全口覆盖义齿修复。

Methods : 35 half-edentulous patients with residual roots were restored with ERA retained overdentures .

目的：研究ERA附着体全口覆盖义齿的临床修复效果。

Objective : To evaluate the effect of clinical application of ERA retained complete overdenture .

结果：覆盖义齿组的咀嚼效率为72.4±18.6（x±s，%）明显大于普通总义齿组（52.2±14.6，P<0.01）。

Results : Masticatory efficiency of overdenture group ( 72.4 ± 18.6 ) was superior to common complete denture group ( 52.2 ± 14.6 , P < 0.01 ) .

目的比较总义齿（CD）、覆盖义齿（COD）和种植覆盖义齿（IOD）修复后的患者满意度。

ObjectiveTo compare patients'satisfaction with complete dentures ( CD ), complete overdentures ( COD ) and implant-supported overdentures ( IOD ) .

结论非埋藏式种植体（ITI）支持球型固位覆盖义齿在下颌无牙牙合修复中有很高的成功率。

Conclusions The non-submerged osseointegrated ITI dental implants with ball attachments supporting overdentures can be a successful treatment in the edentulous mandible patients .

目的：了解球帽附着体种植覆盖义齿及脱钙人牙基质材料（DDM）在牙槽骨萎缩的下颌无牙颌的临床应用效果。

Objective : To investigate clinical effect of ball-cap retained implant-supported overdenture ( BCRISO ) and Decalcifed Dental Matrices ( DDM ) in the atrophied edentulous mandible ( AEM ) .
