根据EGIL标准诊断裸细胞型。

" null cell " type was diagnosed according to EGIL scoring system .

方法应用光镜技术及CCK-8试剂测定细胞活力来观察比较肝内胆管上皮细胞裸细胞培养法、壳聚糖培养法、Ⅰ型胶原培养法及壳聚糖-胶原复合载体混合培养法的生长情况。
