血栓性血小板减少性紫癜

对2例治血栓性血小板减少性紫癜（TTP）患者每天进行血浆置换（PE）治疗，每次清除及补充1个血浆量，为40ml/kg新鲜冰冻血浆，并补充红细胞悬液。

Two patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura ( TTP ) were treated with daily plasma exchange with fresh frozen plasma of the plasma volume of the body ( 40 mg / kg · b.w. ) , in combination with red blood cell transfusion .

目的探讨血栓性血小板减少性紫癜和溶血性尿毒症（TTP/HUS）综合征的临床与肾脏病理特点。

2例病人均为青年女性，有血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的典型临床表现和实验室证据，其神经系统主要表现有语言表达困难、尖叫、谵语、偏瘫以及意识障碍，都表现为急进性过程。

The result showed that in 2 young women presented with atypical clinical features and laboratory findings of TTP , the main presentations of the central nervous system included language disturbances , hemiplegia , delirium , scream , confusion , unconsciousness .
