文中通过建立空间信息格网模型进行洪涝灾害损失评估，并对洪灾损失率给出计算公式，在2003年淮河流域洪水遥感监测的基础上，对蒙洼蓄洪区进行了洪涝灾害损失评估。

The loss assessment of the disaster is made through a spatial information gridding model developed herein , and then the calculation formula of the disaster loss rate is given as well ;

综合运用地理信息系统技术、计算机模拟技术与交通分配理论，探讨了撤退过程动态模拟的技术与方法，开发了蓄洪区灾民撤退过程动态模拟模型。

Led by GIS technique , computer simulation technique and transport allocation theory , the paper study on the dynamic simulation method and technique of resident retreating process and creat the dynamic simulation model of resident retreating process .
