待蛋液开始凝固时，撒上番茄、芝士粉（如果需要的话）和香葱碎并放在烤架上烤2分钟直至蛋饼成型即可。

Scatter over the tomatoes , cheese , if using , and chives , then grill for 2 mins until set .
