背景和目的：牙周膜又称牙周韧带（PeriodontalLigament，PDL）是一种环绕牙根，并连接牙根和牙槽骨的致密结缔组织。

Background and Objectives : The periodontal ligament ( PDL ) is a dense connective tissue located between the tooth root and alveolar bone .

结果如下：（1）胎儿中心纤维体为致密结缔组织。

The results were as follows : 1 . The CFB of the fetus heart was dense connective tissue ;

LN有利于细胞之间形成紧密连接，使胶原纤维集结成束，从而产生致密结缔组织促进肌腱再生。
