目的：探讨左腋下微小切口结扎动脉导管未闭（PDA）的临床应用。

Objective : To study the significance of patent ductus arteriosus ( PDA ) ligating through microinvasive vertical cut trans-left oxter .

结论：经左腋下小切口治疗动脉导管未闭优点多，可为动脉导管未闭手术治疗的常规方法。

Conclusion : Surgical treatment through left alar minimal incision has many benefits in treating patent ductus arteriosus .

[ Objective ] To evaluate the value of left sub-axilla mini-incision surgical treatment of patent ductus arteriosus ( PDA ) .

方法：作者10年间应用腋下直切口行动脉导管未闭术195例。

Methods : From March 1989 we to December 1998 adopted vertical axillary incision in 195 cases of infants and children with PDA in thoracotomies .
