腋中线

方法采用右腋中线至乳头线的弧形切口，长10～12cm，经第4肋间进胸。

Methods A 10 ~ 12cm long arc-shape incision were made through 4th intercostal space between middle axillary line and papilla line . Cardiopulmonary bypass was instituted with conventional methods .

SubQ电极经左腋中线第6肋间的2cm纵向切口建立的皮下隧道远端送达靠近脊柱，电极近端经向前向上的另一皮下隧道抵达左锁骨下放置ICD的囊袋。

The site of puncture in usually chosen is the 8th intercostal space between the mid and anterior axillary line .

结果：锁骨下静脉属支腋静脉与锁骨中线交点距锁骨中点下缘（6.2±1.7）mm；

Results : The intersection of the axillary vein and the midline of clavicle was 6.2 ± 1.7 mm below the midpoint of clavicle .
