目的：总结第四脑室脉络丛乳头状瘤的诊断和治疗经验。

Objectives : To explore the diagnostic and treatment experience of choroid plexus papillomas of the fourth ventricle .

三角区最常见的肿瘤有脑膜瘤、脉络丛乳头状瘤、海绵状血管瘤和转移瘤。

The most common tumors occurring in ventricular trigone were meningioma , choroid plexus papilloma ( CPP ), cavernous hemangioma and metastasis .

S－100检查，转移癌3例阳性及全部室管膜瘤和脉络丛乳头状瘤均阳性；

In the staining for S - 100 , 3 metastatic carcinomas and all the ependymomas and choroid plexus papillomas were positive ;

其中髓母细胞瘤5例，室管膜瘤5例，表皮样囊肿2例，脑囊虫病2例，脉络丛乳头状瘤3例。

Pathologically , there were 5 medulloblastomas , 5 ependymomas , 2 epidermoids , 2 brain cysticercosis , and 3 choroid plexus papillomas .

结果：脑膜瘤11例，室管膜瘤13例，脉络丛乳头状瘤5例，畸胎瘤3例。

Results 11 cases were meningioma , 13 cases were ependymoma , 5 cases were choroid plexus papilloma , and 3 cases were teratoma .

病理类型：脑膜瘤13例，神经鞘瘤6例，脊索瘤、脉络丛乳头状瘤、血管外膜细胞瘤各1例。

Pathological types include 13 cases of meningioma , 6 of neurinoma , 1 of chordoma , 1 of choroid plexus papilloma , and 1 of hemangiopericytoma .

术后病理示髓母细胞瘤18例，室管膜瘤10例，畸胎瘤1例，脉络丛乳头状瘤1例，星形细胞瘤1例，皮样囊肿1例。

The postoperative pathological examination showed medulloblastoma in 18 cases , ependymoma in 10 , choroids plexus papilloma in 1 , teratoma in 1 , astrocytoma in 1 , and dermoid cyst in 1 case .
