结果本组58例患者胸痛与反流性食管炎有关，应用硝酸脂类药物后，胸痛明显减轻17例，11例疼痛加重，30例症状无改善；
Results The chest pain of the 58 patients in this group is related to reflux esophagitis . After the application of Nitris medicines , 17 patients had noticeable mitigation of chest pain and 41 showed no mitigation or even worsened pain .
