Sebaceous gland cyst of suprasternal fossa : one case

目的探讨体表超声经胸骨上窝主动脉弓长轴切面在心外科经胸微创动脉导管未闭（PDA）封堵术中的应用价值。

Objective To assess the value of cardiac surgery transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion of patent ductus arteriosus ( PDA ) guided by ultrasonography at suprasternal long axis view of aortic arch .

方法经胸骨上窝主动脉弓长轴切面观测40例单纯PDA患者的类型、大小及分流情况，指导术者选择合适的封堵器并引导封堵术全过程。

Methods The type , diameter , length and shunt condition were determined and the choice of appropriate occluder and the process of the occlusion were guided by ultrasonography from suprasternal long axis view of aortic arch in 40 patients with isolated PDA .

We must increase our relevant theoretic knowledge and raise our operative skill in suprasternal views to diagnosis this disease .

方法：超声心动图采用连续追踪法，经胸骨旁、剑突下、胸骨上窝及锁骨上窝仔细全面扫查。

Methods : Continuous track and careful overall scan were used on parasternal , apex , subcostal , suprasternal , and supraclavicular windows by echocardiography .
