  1. CT扫描示右肾门处4.0cm×5.5cm软组织影,密度均匀,右腰大肌自肾下极至髂内肌水平弥漫增粗,内见低密度软组织影。

    CT showed a soft tissue shadow of 4.0 cm × 5.5 cm with homogeneous density at right renal hilus , and diffusely thickened right greater psoas muscle at the level from lower pole of the kidney to internal iliac muscle with low-density soft tissue shadow inside .

  2. 肾门形状以菱形和不规则形多见,(4)肾盂形状以壶腹形多见,(5)肾的形态与年龄、性别关系不大。

    The shape of renal hilus is rhombus and irregularfrequently . ( 4 ) The renal pelvis appears in shape of ampulla in most of the cases . ( 5 ) The shape ofthe kidney does not correlate with age and sex .

  3. 结果:将肾门前唇短于后唇10mm者列为肾门前后唇不对称型,出现率为6.13%。

    Results : The renal hilum whine anterior labium were 10 mm shorter than their posterior labium were regarded as asymmetrical type , and the occurrence rate was 6 . 13 % .

  14. 结论肾前筋膜跨中线与对侧同名筋膜在肾门平面以下可有部分相续,该平面以上不相续,肾周间隙与中线大血管区域之间疾病主要依靠筋膜平面间接扩散。

    Conclusion Across the midline prerenal fasciae ( or prerenal fascial plane ) may have part connection below the renal hila plane , but not above it .
