其中肩峰下滑囊炎65例，肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎86例，均行ESWT治疗。

结果34例患者肩关节磁共振成像扫描发现：肩袖完全撕裂、肩袖部分撕裂、肌腱炎、盂唇撕裂、滑膜炎、关节积液、肱二头肌长头腱鞘炎及肌腱脱位、肿瘤等。

Results MRI of shoulder in 34 cases showed full-thickness and partial-thickness tears of the rotator cuff , tendinitis , glenoid labrum tear , synovitis , biceps tendinitis , biceps dislocation and tumors .

方法对47例确诊为肱二头肌长头腱腱鞘炎的患者进行强的松龙混悬液加利多卡因局部封闭治疗，并进行半年至一年半的随访。

Methods 47 diagnosed patients with tenosynovitis of long head of biceps brachii were enrolled and subjected to the regional block therapy with the prednisolone suspension and lidocaine .
