方法：回顾性分析广西医科大学第一附属医院2007年10月至2009年12月收治的2例变应性肉芽肿性血管炎的临床特点。

Method : The clinical features , imaging features , treatment and prognosis of 2 patients with allergic granulomatous angiitis involved lung , who were admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi medical university from October 2007 to December 2009 , are retrospectively analyzed .

结论：Wegeners肉芽肿病最重要的组织病理学特点为坏死性肉芽肿性炎和血管炎。

CONCLUSION : The most important histopathological features of Wegener 's granulomatosis are necrotic granuloma and vasculitis .
