目的：观察补元通络汤联用唑来膦酸注射液治疗肾虚痰瘀阻滞型肺癌骨转移的临床疗效并探讨其机理。

Objective : To investigate the hemostasis of Buyuan Tongluo Tang in treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis type bone metastasis from lung cancer and to explore its mechanism .

结论：补元通络汤联用唑来膦酸注射液治疗肺癌骨转移有较明显的临床疗效，但由于观察时间短，对于生存期及效果持续时间的情况，有待于进一步的观察研究。

Conclusion : Integrated Treatment of bone metastasis from lung cancer have a more pronounced clinical effect , but the result of the short time period for survival , awaiting further observation research .
