    Objective This study was to observe the neuromuscular blocking effects , histamine release and haemodynamic changes of different doses of domestic vecuronium in the induction of general anesthesia .

  13. 方法:30例全麻病人根据不同预处理药分成3组,即0.9%生理盐水(对照组);0.01mg/kg维库溴铵组和0.05mg/kg阿曲库铵组,每组10例。

    Methods : Thirty adult patients under gener-al anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups according to the pretreatment agent used : 0.9 % NaCl ( control ) , 0.01 mg / kg vecuronium and 0.05 mg / kg atracurium .

    Methods : Twelve suitable patients were randomized into two groups . Five cases in the treatment group received injection of vecuronium bromide 0.03 ~ 0.06 mg · kg - 1 · h - 1 by micro-pump maintaining for 5 ~ 28 h.

  17. 结论缩短预注间隔至1min,并不减小罗库溴铵对其后维库溴铵的预注效应,在顺序使用罗库溴铵和维库溴铵的预注方法中,缩短预注间隔至1min是可行的。

    Conclusion Reducing the priming interval to 1 minute would not eliminate the effect of rocuronium priming on the followed Vecuronium . It is feasible to shorten the priming interval to 1 minute in : the priming principle using Rocuronium and Vecuronium successionally .
