    Methods 36 eyes ( 36 cases ) after hydroxyapatite orbital implants with narrow of conjunctival sac were treated by preserved human pericardium to repair the conjunctival sac and were followed up for 6 ~ 18 months ( averaged 11 months ) .

  17. 结果:24眼(92.31%)在术后30~60天移植的心包膜被结膜覆盖,感染1例(3.85%),结膜囊狭窄1例(3.85%)。

    Results The transplanted pericardium were covered by conjunctiva 30 ~ 60 days after operation in 24 eyes ( 92.30 % ), 1 eye ( 3.85 % ) was infected , 1 eye ( 3.85 % ) was remained conjunctival sac narrow .

  18. 结论结膜囊成形在结膜囊内置入自制蜡片眼模治疗因结膜囊狭窄无法安装义眼患者,术后均能安装合适义眼,外观对称美观。

    Conclusion It is satisfactory to use the reconstruction of conjunctival sac and the transplantion of self_made wax eye model into conjunctival sac to treat those patients who were unable to wear an ocular prosthesis because of their conjunctival sac constriction .
