线性骨折

目的：评价一种新型坚固内固定器械用于治疗犬下颌骨线性骨折的生物力学稳定性。

Objective To evaluate biomechanical stability of a rigid internal fixation device used for treatment of mandibular linear fracture in dogs .

20例患者经CT检查均发现鼻骨骨折，其中粉碎性骨折13例，线性骨折7例；

20 cases had nasal bone fracture by CT examination , 13 cases had smashing nasal bone fracture , 7 cases had line fracture ;

MIP对于线性骨折显示清晰；

Accurately line-type fracture was able to be shown in MIP images .

结论：在下颌骨单纯线性骨折治疗中，PDLLA小夹板螺钉是一种可选择的骨折内固定材料，优点是不需要二次手术取出。

CONCLUSION : Bioabsorbable PDLLA plates and screws can be selectively used for internal fixation in single linear mandibular fractures , with the advantage that they do not need to be removed .
