C组血管结构大致正常，管腔有红色血栓，内膜完整，中膜、外膜大量炎性细胞浸润；

管腔内见一暗红色新鲜血栓，血栓右下方位于闪亮心外膜之下的心肌呈暗红色与梗死后的颜色一致。
