Sequence comparison and phylogenetic analysis of mtDNA 16S rRNA and COI gene fragments in three species of razor shell were made using PCR and direct sequencing . The three species are Solen grandis Dunker , Solen strictus Gould and Cultellus attenuatus Dunker .
