今年6月，笔者参加了黑龙江省邮电管理局赴法国电信高级管理培训班，对法国电信的经营管理、网络运行管理系统进行了全面的参观学习。

The contributor attended the High-level Management Training Course in France as a member of a study tour organized by the PTA of Heilongjiang and comprehensively and systematically learned the operation , administration and management system of France Telecom .

领导项目组为广东省邮电管理局、南京市电信局、九江邮电局等单位咨询信息系统建设总体方案和规划，制定发展规划。

Leading the program group . I provided the consulting servic on the general information system construction scheme and worked out the development plan for Guangdong Provincial Administrative of Posts and telecommunications , Nanjing telecommunication bureau and Jiujiang post and telecommunication bureau .
