  1. 目的研究甘草酸二铵(DG)对染镉小鼠肝脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。

    Objective To study the protecting effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate ( DG ) on cadmium-induced lipid peroxidation in liver of mice .

    The concentration of serum TNF α of diammonium glycyrrhizinate group decreased much more obviously than control group at 3 day ( P0.05 ) and 7 day ( P0.01 ) .

    AIM To study the effect of 18 α glycyrrhizic acid ( 18 α GL ) on hepatic microsomal drug metabolizing enzymes in rats .

  10. 结论甘草酸二铵对MODS有较好的治疗作用,可明显减少炎症因子TNFα的释放,改善APACHEⅢ评分、MODS评分情况,降低MODS的病死率。

    Conclusion Diammonium glycyrrhizinate against MODS has better therapy effect by decreasing the release of inflammation gene TNF α, improving APACHE ⅲ scores and MODS scores , and decreasing disease mortality .

  11. 目的考察甘草酸二铵(GA)注射液分别与注射用还原型谷胱甘肽、维生素K1注射液配伍后在5%葡萄糖注射液(GS)和5%木糖醇注射液中的稳定性。

    Objective To study the stability of glycyrrhizic acid diammonium salt injection mixing with reduced glutathione injection and vitamin K1 injection in 5 % glucose injection and 5 % xylitol injection .

  12. 第7天甘草酸二铵组APACHEⅢ评分、MODS评分均较治疗前降低(P0.05),而对照组APACHEⅢ评分、MODS评分则降低不明显(P0.05);

    The APACHE ⅲ scores and MODS scores of diammonium glycyrrhizinate group decreased more obviously at 7 day than 0 day ( P0.05 ) . The concentration of serum TNF α of two groups decreased .

  13. 结论:在综合治疗基础上联用Lipo-PGE1与甘草酸二铵是治疗重型肝炎的有效方法。

    CONCLUSIONS : Lipo-PGE 1 in combination with diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection plus the combined therapy is effective for the treatment of severe hepatitis .

  14. 结果:甘草酸二铵能对抗异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠急性心肌损伤,使其心电图ST段异常抬高数减少,减少MDA的生成,增加心肌组织SOD的活力,抑制CPK和LDH的释放。

    Results : It was showed that DG inhibited the elevation of ST period , reduced significantly myocardial MDA content , increased myocardial SOD activity and depressed the release of CPK and LDH in the isoprenaline-induced damage to the rat heart .
