  1. 取出焗好的猪颈肉切件,把汁料材料拌匀即可伴食。

    Slice the pork , mix up the dipping sauce and serve .

  2. 材料:猪颈肉薄片240克、新鲜青胡椒2串。

    Ingredients : 240g Thin-sliced pork cheek , 2 strands Fresh green peppercorns .

  3. 烧热2汤匙油,中火爆香青胡椒,猪颈肉回镬炒匀;

    Add2 tbsp oil to saute the peppercorn , add back pork cheeks and toss well .
