  1. 吃时可随个人喜爱加入少许姜片、炒芝麻及葱花。

    Optional : add a little shredded ginger , stir-fried sesame seeds and diced spring onion on top .

  2. 材料:鸡胸肉2件、豆芽150克、炒香白芝麻1汤匙。

    Ingredients : 2 pcs Chicken breasts , 150g Bean spouts , 1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds .

  3. 蘸汁:韩式豉油1汤匙、韩式辣椒粉1/2茶匙、韩式米醋2茶匙、蜜糖1茶匙、韩式麻油少许、炒香白芝麻少许。

    Dipping Sauce : 1tbsp Korean soya sauce , 1 / 2tsp Korean chili powder , 2tsp Korean white vinegar , 1tsp Honey , some Sesame seeds oil & Roasted sesame seeds .

    The content range of sesamin was 0.35 % - 0.72 % , and the sesamolin was 0.32 % - 0.48 % . The method is rapid , simple , accurate and reproducible . In oil process , the strength of baking has direct effect on content of sesamolin .
