当有25ug/mL的变溶菌素存在时，原生质体制备所用时间随溶菌酶浓度的升高而变短，但溶菌酶浓度太高会很大程度上影响原生质体的再生。
When there is Mutanolysin of25ug / ml , the time needed to prepare protoplast will decrease as the concentration of lysozyme increases . However , if the concentration of lysozyme is too high , it will affect the regeneration of protoplast to a great extent .
