Lacrimal caruncle primary basal cell carcinoma : Case report and review

结果：术后内眦赘皮消失，泪阜部显露，内眦角自然，无可见性瘢痕。

RESULTS : The patients'epicanthus disappeared with exposed lacrimal caruncle and unartificial intercanthus angle , and no obvious scar after operation .

方法：在泪小管断裂吻合术中，沿泪阜上或下后方约2～3mm处，在眼睑鼻侧创面寻找泪小管鼻侧断端。

Methods : We looked for the paranasal terminal of lacrimal canal at the wounded surface of paranasal eyelid , around the lacrimal caruncle 2 ~ 3mm superior / inferior posterior during the operation .

除1个瘤体位于外眦部球结膜，6个位于上、下方睑结膜，1个位于下泪小管外，其余18个瘤体均位于内眦部球结膜、睑结膜、泪阜等处；

One tumor was found at the lateral bulbar conjunctiva , one tumor was found at the inferior canaliculus and 6 tumors were found at the palpebral conjunctiva , 18 other tumors were found at the medial canthus .
