泪骨

结果50例鼻区复合骨折中均有鼻骨骨折，伴发上颌骨额突骨折43例，泪骨骨折29例，额骨鼻部骨折16例，眶壁骨折24例；

Results In 50 cases of fracture of nasal bone , fracture of the frontal process of maxillary bone was found in 43 cases , fracture of lacrimal bone in 29 cases and fracture of orbital walls in 24 cases .

结果：泪囊窝中部的骨性构成中上颌骨额突所占比例略大于泪骨，泪囊窝后壁与冠状面呈大约20°角；

Results In fossa the proportion of the frontal portion of the maxillary bone was bigger than that of the lacrimal bone . There was about 20 ° between the rear wall of the fossa and the coronal plane .

CT显示外伤性泪道病变包括：泪囊区软组织增厚、密度增高、泪囊扩张，泪囊区异常骨碎片影；

CT manifestations of the traumatic lacrimal duct obstruction include : the thicking and higher density of soft tissue and fractures pieces of lacrimal sac area , the expansion of lacrimal sac ;
