    By using two Bio-11-dUTP labelled DNA probes specific for the Salmonella genus , i. e. , Bio-8.0 kb probe and Bio-3.4 kb probe , 100 Salmonella isolates including 60 Salmonella serotypes were detected successfully by colony hybridization assays .
