第二，采用半定量的TRA风险分析方法辨识海上平台更新改造类项目存在的主要风险，并且结合海上平台的特点，研究了应对Ⅱ级及以上风险的规避措施。

Secondly , the main risk of the renovating and alternating projects on the offshore platform are identified by semi quantitative TRA risk analysis , and some steps of controlling these high-level risks are presented .
