[目的]开发研制护理信息系统（NIS），改进护理质量评价体系，并应用于病区护理工作质量控制及评价管理，为临床护理管理提供综合考核数据依据。

Objective : to develop nursing information system ( NIS ), to improve assessment system of nursing quality , and to apply it in the management of nursing quality and assessment in wards , in order to provide comprehensive examination data basis for the management of clinical nursing care .
