测定了大西洋牙鲆幼鱼在禁食和静息状态下的呼吸耗氧率、氨氮排泄率和CO2排出率；研究了它们的呼吸商、氧氮比、能量代谢的特征和能源的化学本质。

The oxygen consumption rate , ammonia excretion rate and CO_2 emission rate of the juvenile summer flounder ( Paralichthys dentatus ) in fasting and resting states were determined , and the respiratory quotient , oxygen-nitrogen ratio , energy metabolism characteristics and chemical nature of energy source were also studied .
