Experiment studies showed that glycyrrhizin suppressed serum level of IgE and IL-4 , and dermal inflammatory infiltration cell , and up-regulated IFN - γ, but had no effect on IL-2 . Conclusion : Glycyrrhizin may be anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic in atopic dermatitis .

方法回顾性总结60例红皮病性银屑病患者在复方甘草酸苷（SNMC）、支持疗法、抗生素治疗基础上，分为两组并分别给予阿维A和甲氨喋呤（MTX），分3个阶段进行治疗。
