噻嗪类利尿药

目的：探讨噻嗪类利尿药引起光敏性皮炎的临床特点及治疗。

Objective : To characterize the clinical features and the treatment of photosensitivity dermatitis induced by thiazine diuretics .

方法：对噻嗪类利尿药引起外源性光敏性皮炎28例进行回顾性分析。

Methods : The data from 28 patients with photosensitivity dermatitis induced by thiazine diuretics were analyzed retrospectively .

结论：噻嗪类利尿药主要导致皮肤的光敏性反应，若不及时停药避光则有可能诱发持续性光敏反应。

Conclusion : Thiazine diuretics mainly induce photosensitive reaction . Continuous photosensitive reaction may be induced if medicines were not withdrawn and photoprotective measures were not taken .

对于我国大多数高血压患者，如果没有必需使用其他药物的适应症，低剂量噻嗪类利尿药可以作为治疗的首选方案。

For the majority of patients without a compelling indication for another class of drug , a low dose of thiazides diuretic should be considered as the first choice in China .
