必要时可对最初关税等值进行调整，以考虑使用一适当系数在质量或品种方面产生的差异。

The initial tariff equivalents may be adjusted , where necessary , to take account of differences in quality or variety using an appropriate coefficient .

这些关税应根据依照本附件附录规定的准则计算出的关税等值确定。

These duties shall be established on the basis of tariff equivalents to be calculated in accordance with the guidelines prescribed in the attachment hereto .
