Penalty Clause of Repair Contract

如果合同设备不合格并非由卖方的过错造成，则卖方将在双方商定的期限内补充、修理或更换合同设备，费用由买方承担。

If any damage is not due to seller 's fault , seller shall , within an agreed time period , supplement , repair or replace that equipment at buyer 's expense .

如果货物不符合同，买方可以要求卖方通过修理对不符合同之处做出补救，除非他考虑了所有情况之后，认为这样做是不合理的。

If the goods do not conform to the contract , the buyer may require the seller to remedy the lack of conformity by repair , unless this is unreasonable having regard to all the circumstances .
