本论文将东北酸菜中筛选出的植物乳杆菌作为试验菌株，采用改良的三氯乙酸法从该菌株中分离提取肽聚糖，并对肽聚糖提取物进行了结构鉴定及理化分析。
The Lactobacillus plantarum screened from the Northeastern pickle was used as experimental strain , and the modified trichloroacetic acid method was applied to extract peptidoglycan from the strain . The extracts were identified structurally and analyzed physico-chemically .
