Purpose : To evaluate the diagnostic value of3dimensional reconstruction for maltiplex spiral computerized tomography ( MSCT ) in mandible fracture .

方法通过Pro/E和ANSYS建立下颌骨骨折内固定治疗模型。

Methods The therapeutic model of internal fixation for mandibular fracture was established by ANSYS and Pro / E.

方法选择113例下颌骨骨折患者为研究对象，对病例进行总结，将结果输入Excel数据库，对相关数据进行统计学处理并进行论述。

Methods 113 patients with mandibular fracture was chosen , and the data were input into excel database , and displayed by statistic chart . We analyzed the data and then discussed as follows .

方法：对43例下颌骨骨折采用手术切开复位，以微型钛板螺钉行坚固内固定术，术后颌间牵引固定1w。

Methods : Using incision for reduction , then performing the operation of micro-titanium plate to fix .

结果：PR和TR对下颌骨骨折诊断准确率分别为91%和76%，两者存在显著性差异（P<005）；

Results : The diagnosis rates of PR and TR for lower jaw fractures were 91 % and 76 % respectively , the both have significant difference ( P < 0.05 );

目的：观察超高分子量聚DL乳酸（PDLLA）骨折内固定系统在下颌骨骨折内固定时的降解特性。

Objective : The aim of this experiment was to study the character of degradation of super_high molecular weight poly_DL_lactic acid ( PDLLA ) internal fracture_fixing system .

结论：rhbFGF在兔下颌骨骨折愈合早期，对细胞的增殖起十分重要的促进作用。

Conclusion : rhbFGF stimulates cell proliferation during mandible fracture healing in rabbit .
