目的：了解下颌神经阻滞结合微波治疗颞颌关节紊乱病（简称TMJD）的疗效与安全性。

Objective : To observe the efficacy and safety of mandibular nerve block combined with microwave in TMJD patients .

The tensor tympani muscle was 2.2 mm in average to the horizontal segment of the petrosal portion of internal carotid . The average distance between the horizontal segment and middle meningeal artery was 6.8 mm , and 6.9 mm to mandibular nerve .
