  1. 方法21例股骨干骨折,均为新鲜骨折,16例小切口开放复位,5例C型臂X光机下闭合复位,应用带锁髓内钉固定。

    Methods 21 cases with fracture of femora are all fresh fracture , 16 cases with open reduction and 5 cases with closed reduction are applied interlocking intramedullary nailing .

  8. 方法用非扩髓的RT钉治疗16例肱骨干骨折,其中新鲜骨折12例,病理骨折3例,骨折不愈合1例。2例新鲜骨折伴有桡神经挫伤。

    Methods 16 cases were treated with RT nail in which 12 cases of fractures were fresh , 2 patients had radial nerve palsy , 3 and 1 patient showed pathological fractures and non union , respectively .

  9. 术前X线显示椎体楔形压缩性改变,均有骨质疏松性改变,CT显示椎体后壁均无明显破裂征象,MRI显示椎体均为新鲜骨折(T1加权像呈低信号,T2加权像呈高信号)。

    Preoperative X ray showed vertebral compression changes and osteoporotic changes , CT showed no significant rupture of the posterior wall of vertebral body , MRI showed vertebral fractures were fresh ( T1-weighted images showed low signal , T2-weighted images showed high signal ) .

  10. 方法从2001年2月~2006年2月,采用微型外固定架牵引固定治疗Bennett骨折43例,其中新鲜骨折38例,陈旧骨折5例。

    Methods From February 2001 to February 2005,43 cases of the Bennett fracture were treated with external mini external fixator , including 38 cases of fresh fracture and 5 cases of old fracture .

    Ilizarov method is the effective way for all sorts of fresh fractures , chronic fractures , infected fractures with soft tissue defects , it is effective for the less invasive correction of the post traumatic deformity of the lower limb .

  13. 方法采用改良Weaver-Dunn手术治疗肩锁关节脱位和骨折脱位22例,其中新鲜骨折或骨折脱位18例,陈旧性脱位4例。

    Methods From June 2002 to June 2005 , 22 cases of acromioclavicular dislocation or fracture-dislocation were treated by modified Weaver-Dunn technique , In all cases , 22 were acute , 4 were obsolete .

  14. 根据Neer分类,三部分骨折4例,四部分骨折17例,肱骨头劈裂骨折2例;新鲜骨折(受伤后2周内)18例,陈旧骨折5例。

    According to Neer classification , 4 cases had three-part fracture , 17 four-part fracture , 2 cleavage fracture of humeral head , 18 fresh fracture ( within 2 weeks after injury ) and 5 old fracture , which were all treated with replacement of humeral head prosthesis .

  15. 新鲜骨折24例,陈旧性骨折10例。
