The model was applied to establish the relations between water quantity and water quality of Sanmen Gorge reservoir . The calculated results show that better prediction was gained using RBF algorithm .

Hereby , the years with more-than-normal and less-than-normal rainfall over the area are selected , and the quantity of water vapor and water vapor transport the area are calculated by using the NCEP / NCAR reanalysis data set .
