用来表示三态缓冲器。

以输入缓冲，输出锁存为基本思路，采用不同的总线隔离器将外设与总线隔离，输入口用三态缓冲器，输出口用数据锁存器。
On the basis of " input to buffer , output to latch ", The outer design can be isolated from BUS by means of using different isolator and using three states latching at the input port and data latching at the output port .
