Objective : To investigate on the clinical significance of the skin prick test ( SPT ) and the autologous serum skin test ( ASST ) in patients with chronic urticaria .

目的：探讨慢性荨麻疹患者变应原检测和自体血清皮肤试验的临床意义。

The ASST was positive in 224 out of 787 urticaria cases and positive rate was 31 % , the positive rate of ASST in the group of SPT negative was much higher than that of SPT positive .

ASST阳性为244例（31.00%），SPT阴性组ASST阳性率明显高于SPT阳性组。

Results : ASST was positive in 41 out of 121 patients with chronic urticaria and the positive rate was 33.9 % , while it was negative in all the healthy controls . There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ) .

结果：121例慢性荨麻疹患者自体血清皮肤试验有41例阳性，阳性率为33.9%，而健康对照组全部阴性，两组间阳性率差异有显著性（P<0.05）。
