Objectives The aim of this experiment is to test the bactericidal power outside of the human body of silver-covered urinary catheter with killing ATC 25922 Escherichia coli , ACTT 25923 Staphylococcus aureus , ACTT 27853 Pseudomonas aeruginosa and ATCC 9372 Bacillus subtilis .

目的采用医用橡胶导尿管被覆银后观察对ATCC25922大肠埃希氏菌、ATCC25923金黄色葡萄球菌、ATCC27853绿脓假单胞菌和ATCC9372枯草杆菌黑色变种的体外杀菌作用。

Teflon PTFE electret with 300V to 1500V surfact voltage , disinfected by ultraviolet rays , acted on the ACTT 25923 staphylococci aureus with the concentration of 10 4 for 1 to 24 hours , respectively , then we began to observe the bacteriostasis of the electret .

表面电位为－300V～－1500V的TeflonPTFE驻极体，经紫外线消毒后，对浓度为10－4的ACTT25923金黄色葡萄球菌分别作用1～24小时，观察驻极体对该细菌的抑菌作用。
