A New Facilitation Technique : Electric Nerve Trunk Stimulation for Treating Hemiplegic Acroparalysis

本组病人表现慢性、复发性病程。全部病人均有弛缓性肢瘫，脑脊液蛋白细胞分离。

Flaccid paralysis of extremities and elevated CSF protein were observed in all patients .

肢瘫程度较轻的患者显效率明显增高（P<0.01）；

The markedly effective rate was obviously increased in the patients with mild limb paralysis ( P < 0.01 );

用维脑路通对大鼠进行急性期脑出血的治疗研究，结果表明，维脑路通对动物的肢瘫治愈率达100%，动物死亡率为5%。

The studies in treating rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage using Wei Nao Lu Tong showed that the cure rate of animal with acroparalysis was up to 100 % and the incidence of death was 5 % .

结果14例中6例完全治愈，3例遗有轻度单肢瘫，植物生存1例，死亡4例。

Ventricle drainage for 1 case and conservative treatment for 4 cases . Results : Out of the 14 cases , 6 are completely cured , 3 are left with slight paralysis in a single limb , 1 vegetative and 4 died .
