目的以临床诊断作为矮小症患儿（可疑GHD）诊断标准，评估生长激素激发试验、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ（IGFⅠ）及IGF结合蛋白3（IGFBP3）对GHD的诊断价值。

方法：用免疫放射分析检测38例GHD患儿和42例对照儿童的血清IGF-1和IGFBP-3，同时进行生长激素（GH）激发试验，用化学发光法检测GH，对两组结果进行比较。

Methods Serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels were measured with IRMA in 38 children with GHD and 42 controls . GH releasing stimalation test was also performed in these subjects with GH amount measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay ( CLIA ) for contrast study and verification of the diagnosis .
