35例采用普通螺丝钉固定、Herbert螺钉固定的患者关节功能恢复良好，无疼痛，HSS膝关节评分均为优，X射线片显示：骨折全部愈合，关节面平整；

Functional recovery of joint was good , without pain , in thirty-five patients who were fixed with common screw or Herbert lag bolt . Score of HSS knee joint was excellent .

结论：普通螺丝钉固定和Herbert螺钉固定均能达到较好的复位和加压效果，有利于软骨的愈合和修复。

CONCLUSION : Both common screw fixation and Herbert lag bolt fixation can reach better reduction and compression , which is beneficial for healing and plerosis of cartilaginous .

结果：松质骨加压螺丝钉效果最好，普通螺丝钉及克氏针效果差，优良率分别为90.2%、77.1%和76.1%。

The results showed that the outcome of cancellous impacting screw fixation was better than that of cortical screw and Kirschner wires fixation , and the satisfactory rate were 90.2 % , 77.1 % , and 76.1 % respectively .

方法8例股骨干骨折分别采用普通髓内钉、钢板、带锁髓内钉固定。

The types of fixation included common intramedullary nailing in 25 cases , inter locking intramedullary nailing in 21 cases , plate in 2 cases , screw in 22 cases .

钢板固定23例，动力髋（或动力髁）固定12例，交锁髓内钉固定12例，普通髓内钉固定6例。

The types of fixation included plate in 23 cases , dynamic hip screw ( or dynamic condylar screw ) in 12 cases , interlocking intramedullary nailing in 12 cases and common intramedullary nailing in 6 cases .
