35例采用普通螺丝钉固定、Herbert螺钉固定的患者关节功能恢复良好,无疼痛,HSS膝关节评分均为优,X射线片显示:骨折全部愈合,关节面平整;
Functional recovery of joint was good , without pain , in thirty-five patients who were fixed with common screw or Herbert lag bolt . Score of HSS knee joint was excellent .

结论:普通螺丝钉固定和Herbert螺钉固定均能达到较好的复位和加压效果,有利于软骨的愈合和修复。
CONCLUSION : Both common screw fixation and Herbert lag bolt fixation can reach better reduction and compression , which is beneficial for healing and plerosis of cartilaginous .

结果:松质骨加压螺丝钉效果最好,普通螺丝钉及克氏针效果差,优良率分别为90.2%、77.1%和76.1%。
The results showed that the outcome of cancellous impacting screw fixation was better than that of cortical screw and Kirschner wires fixation , and the satisfactory rate were 90.2 % , 77.1 % , and 76.1 % respectively .
