APBD按Komi分类，Ⅰ型（胆管汇入胰管）29例、Ⅱ型（胰管汇入胆管）31例及Ⅲ型（伴有副胰管的复杂型）2例。

According to Komi 's categorization , 29 cases were classified into type ⅰ ( bile duct drained into pancreatic duct ), 31 type ⅱ( pancreatic duct drained into bile duct ) and 2 type ⅲ( complicated APBD with patent accessory pancreatic duct ) .

较细小结构如肝内4~5级胆管、主胰管、副胰管及胰管侧支2DMRCP的显示优于3DMRCP。
