前耻骨

目的利用CT了解术前患儿的耻骨直肠肌、括约肌的形态变化，并寻找评价该肌肉的发育指标及其价值。

结果对于耻骨上支内1／2、外1／2的骨折，平均钉长、螺钉与两侧髂前上棘和耻骨结节构成平面及矢状面的夹角，最窄处直径为皆有差异。

Results In condition of the inner half and outer-half pubic ramus fractures , the mean screw length , the degree of angle 1 and 2 , the narrowest diameter were different .

结果：当静载荷由X轴和Z轴合力方向作用于髋臼前壁时，应力的传导分为四个方向：①最先从髋臼前壁沿着耻骨上支向耻骨联合部位进行传导；

Result : When acetabular former wall loaded by X direction and Z direction composition forces , the stress transmitted by four directions : ① from acetabular former wall to pubic symphysis along superior branch of pubis firstly .
